The house is located in a private area with free parking which means if you drive, you would not need a permit to park. This is also available for your guest to use.
The house is also close to Knights Park and Penryn Road which is a very good location for Uni Students who also drive.
We also have a shared kitchen and garden which can be used for BBQ along with washing machine, tumble dryer, bed and cupboard provided.
