I am happy to offer a comfortable double room in a family home for single occupancy. The room is fully furnished. Your every welcome to make use of the kitchen and garden.
I am ideally looking for someone who is working through the day but not from home.
A car would be helpful but there are buses that stop at the end of the road which go into Reigate, Sutton. Gatwick airport is easily accessible.
Kingswood Station is only a 20 minute walk and from here you can go direct into London Bridge Station.
