Room to Let in Wedding Venue – Work Available

A furnished room is available to rent in a modern 2-bedroom flat located within a private estate that also operates as a wedding and events venue.

The property is set in a quiet, secure and private setting, ideal for someone reliable, practical and respectful who is looking for accommodation with the opportunity to take on regular work at the venue.

We are looking for someone who can rent the room and also assist with work around the venue. This could include cleaning, general maintenance, handyman tasks, or a combination of both depending on experience and availability.

Access to shared kitchen/bathroom/living facilities
Suitable for one person or couple
Work available on-site, including cleaning and/or handyman duties

The ideal person would be trustworthy, tidy, proactive and able to help with keeping the venue and accommodation areas well-presented. Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, handyman work, gardening, venue work or property management would be useful, but reliability and a good attitude are most important.

Please note that the room rental and any work arrangement will need to be agreed clearly in advance, including duties, hours and payment/offset arrangements where applicable.
