Large family home. Large double room for a single female preferred as younger people on the property. We prefer someone who doesn't work from home. DBS check would be great, or references from work and previous landlord. Lodger must be clean , tidy and quiet as some of us work from home. Must be able to accommodate with our family, and make use of your own space. Bright double room available with large bay window. Single bed , desk, wardrobe and side table Room enough for storage, TV. You will share separate WC and private shower room, with one other female lodger on the ground floor. Shared use of the utility room washing machine and dryer and kitchen at arranged times. We also have a pretty enclosed garden. All bills and WIFI included. We also have a cat, so must like pets. NO other pets allowed.
