Big double room with En-suite

I am currently staying in this room and it's a lovely room which I don't want to leave but due to relocation I have to leave room.

It's a modern house with 4 room one common bathroom and this room with En-suite, big kitchen, large spaces, seperate big blackish grey fridge can be seen in picture.

More information:
1. Very nice location, bus stop is outside the house 91 bus directly to woking 18 min bus. Knaphill shops is just 6-7 min of walk for other buses like 34,... And all the shops
2. There is a off licence shop just beside the house, 15 min walk to goldworth park, big waitrose.
3. All bills are included
4. Housemates are quite and work during the day, kitchen is mostly empty if you love cooking.
5. Washing machine, dryer and all type of cleaning materials available.
6. Big garden at the back of the house for chilling
7. Special parking in front area of house and lot of roadside parking available.

8. Inside room, king size bed, small bed table, two big drawer and big and spacious cupboard with mirror. Good for family as well.
