Lovely light, sunny and quiet double room to rent in a clean house. Furnished and good storage facilities. Smoking outside only. Full use of kitchen and bathroom (not lounge), one old cat and one very quiet small dog. Quiet cul de sac with parking for one car by hedgeline to side of house. 10 min drive to station (25 mins to Waterloo), close to main bus route, with regular busses (about every 10 mins to Woking). Less than 10 mins drive to Maclarens. 4 weeks notice required and minimum stay 8 weeks.
Only two other people living in house. We are very quiet and considerate and expect the same in return. No overnight guests allowed.
