The kitchen contains a separate washer and dryer, fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, personal storage cupboard are provided. All bills are included (electricity, water, gas heating, council tax, fast wireless Internet). Community shops and bus services very close by, with a short bus journey to Woking centre and train services to London. There is parking in the area including a driveway although this is taken by existing tenants. This is a smoke free house but smoking is permitted in the garden area. An indoor cat lives here but no other pets allowed. Current housemates are mature, quiet, clean and professional. Cleaning of communal areas is required once per month per housemate on top of cleaning after yourself.
