Perfect location. from town and train station and bus stop outside. Room comes with comfortable double bed, desk, hanging rail, chair for desk and small television. House currently occupied by professional couple (33+). Another room on the second floor may be let, but this won't impact.

The bathroom (pictured) is on the third floor alongside the room for rent. While not an en-suite.

Seeking:

No smoking inside house, but outside is fine.

One current tenants is allergic to nuts. Will not suit tenant who cooks nut-based ingredients or keeps them in communal fridge, but a previous tenant did eat nuts in their room, which was fine.

There is a living room, but it's not communal as it is used as a workspace for current tenant.
Room has just been redecorated, and refreshed.
