House share

We have a double room available in our lovely 6 bed house (currently occupied by 4 with a spare single bedroom).

We are all professionals aged between 25-35 years old who enjoy sharing the space and socialising and also respecting each others privacy.

The house includes:
A large kitchen with all appliances
Conservatory area that we use as a utility room
A large garden for barbecues in the summer
A large living/dining area
3 bathrooms - one downstairs with bath and inbuilt shower and 2 upstairs. One with jacuzzi bath and the other with a shower.
Downstairs double room on offer for £540 including all bills.

The house is located 12 minutes walk to Leatherhead train station, 10-15 minutes walk to Tesco and B&Q and 15 minutes walk into Leatherhead town.

We are looking for a sociable housemate who fits in well to the household. Someone who is tidy and respectful and used to sharing a space with others.

Reference checks will be required directly with our landlord. Deposit is £600.
