Hi. Thank you for reading this ad. My family and I are moving abroad in 2022 and are considering letting out a couple of rooms in our home. We are not renting the whole property, as I will be regularly travelling back for work (likely every 1/2 weeks for a couple of days at a time) and will be using one of the rooms myself when I am in the UK. Me? I’m a euro-friendly guy, speak several languages, am well travelled and in general quite relaxed.
A bit about the property:
It’s a cosy 4 bed property that we are continuing to invest in every year. It has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, a conservatory and a very nice garden. It’s our home and we are looking for people who will enjoy the property and look after it as if their own. All being well we’ll be abroad for a couple of years, maybe more who knows?
As we are not seasoned landlords, we are open to discussions about potential arrangements.
There’s only a few requirements we have:
1) Please be vaccinated against COVID-19 (required for health reasons)
2) Please be able to provide references, preferably from recent rentals
3) Please be able to demonstrate you have a stable income
Monthly rental figure is without bills but we can agree on how the bills work / what might be needed in terms of furniture etc.
