Comfortable, double bedroom for single occupancy with good degree of privacy, . There's plenty of storage with bedlinen provided and laundered on a fortnightly basis. It's in a semi detached house with a large peaceful garden. Only 5 minutes drive to Leatherhead town and 15 minutes walk to Leatherhead train station, with trains taking around 45 minutes to London Waterloo.

There's also a lockable shed to stow away a push bike in the garden

You’ll have use of the well-equipped kitchen (with microwave, gas hob / electric cooker, fridge freezer), downstairs WC and upstairs shared bathroom. There is also Wifi broadband. There is no communal lounge.

The household currently consists of me (live-in landlord) and my friendly dog (so you must like dogs). It's very much an independent household.

All the utility bills, except phone calls, are included in the monthly rent.

The ideal house sharer will be house-trained and considerate 😊. References and ID are always required. PLEASE NOTE: the price is for four nights (Mon-Thurs). On occasion it may be possible to have one additional night’s stay in a week at an extra charge of £30 per night. Ideal for a professional, weekly commuter, returning to their own home each weekend.

Situated only 1 mile from Leatherhead town centre/railway station, 4 miles from Epsom Town and 8 miles from Kingston. There are plenty of local eateries and pubs in the town and surrounding villages.
