Double Room Leatherhead

We have a double room available in our shared house. We’re a mix of easy-going professionals and students, and we’re looking for someone friendly who enjoys a relaxed home environment. We like watching TV shows, playing games, and having meals together sometimes, but we also respect each other’s privacy.

The house is in a great location – just 4 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes’ walk to Lidl and the high street.

If you drive, you can get a resident parking permit for about £100 per year. There’s also off-street parking available, free after 5:30 p. m. until 8 a. m.

We have a big garden and a garage that can be used for storage.
The room is fully furnished with a bed and a desk, but you’re welcome to bring your own furniture – we have space to store what’s already in the room if needed.
