Hello, we have a double room available to rent in our clean, tidy, spacious, modern 2 bed 2 bath flat. The block is modern with 29 flats, most of which are occupied by professionals. Leatherhead town and Ashtead village are within a short walking distance, both of which have train stations which are serviced by Southern and South West trains.

You’ll be living with us…Jenna and Will - a professional couple in our 30s. Home is our peaceful sanctuary. We both have busy jobs and enjoy days out, nights out, nights in, going to the gym and relaxing.

The room is a double room, with a large wardrobe and a storage unit. We have off street parking, Sky, Netflix, Wifi etc.

Our ideal flatmate would be a clean, tidy, professional who see’s home as a place to relax and unwind.

We would consider a Mon-Fri let.

We require 1 months rent as a security deposit.
