Double Room in Character Cottage in Leatherhead

A lovely, peaceful double room is available in my charming character cottage, just a 10-minute walk from Leatherhead station and close to the town centre — perfect for a commuter or contractor looking for a quiet and comfortable base during the week (for a maximum of 5 nights). The beautiful Surrey Hills countryside is also right on the doorstep.

The room features a very comfortable king-size bed, built-in cupboard storage, and warm, cosy lighting. You’ll share the fully equipped kitchen, light and spacious open-plan living/dining area, and the period-style bathroom (adjacent to your room) with just me.

The dining area opens out via French doors to a pretty walled patio, with steps leading to a raised lawn and a cosy shepherd’s hut — a lovely private space to relax in.

The cottage is tucked away down a quiet, character-filled lane, with free on-street parking a short walk away. A council permit for a nearby allocated bay can also be arranged if preferred.

Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, and Lidl are all within walking distance, along with local cafés, restaurants, and a theatre/cinema.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, and the cottage is kept very clean and tidy.
