Warm double room with cleaner coming weekly

I’m moving out due to work relocation , so we’re looking for a new female lodger to move in.

The house is always warm in the winter— the landlord is great with heating. The room has a double bed and a big wardrobe, plus you’ll have access to a lovely garden and a shed for e-bike storage. There is tumble dryer.

You’ll be sharing with one quiet, private housemate. A cleaner comes regularly, so the house and shower room are always clean and tidy.
