The landlord lives at the property with her two children, so I’m looking for a clean, considerate and respectful person who would feel comfortable living in a welcoming family home.

The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. As it is particularly large, there may also be the option to add a small private kitchenette area if required. You would still have full and free use of the main kitchen at all times.
