The flat is only 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the high street.

I own the flat but am moving to London. My brother shares the flat with me and the new tenant will continue to share with him. He's 24 and also working in London. He's very considerate and easy to share with.

The flat's available from the end of April. It's £525 for the full month but I'm flexible if someone wants to rent it Monday to Friday for £440.
