We are a married couple who have enjoyed having lodgers for 11 years.

We live in a detached chalet bungalow in a quiet residential road in Fetcham, Leatherhead, safe parking in road. We sleep downsrairs. Both rooms are upstairs with a shared shower room . The single room has a single bed, bedside table, table lamp, wardrobe with a shelf. A desk and office chair. A plastic unit of drawers.. A unit with a television if required. Storage drawers under the bed.

7 days £650 per month.
May be available longer than 12 months.

The double room has a double bed, a drop leaf table and office chair, bedside table and table lamp, large wardrobe with drawer underneath,
Chest of drawers with different size drawers with a TV on top if required.

7 days £750 per month. £450 deposit

Share large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Shared fridge/freezer.
Use of large garden. Broadband available.

We have one cat who doesn't go upstairs! Local buses and shops, 5 min drive to station. 5 min drive to leisure centre. Restaurants and shops close by. About 40 mins drive to Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Suit professional person working in the area, or student on work placement.
