Lovely double room available mon-fri in a bungalow very close to St Andrew's and other schools in Ashtead and Leatherhead. Close to Junction 9 of the M25 and both Leatherhead and Ashtead BR stations are within walking distance(20 mins). I would love to rent out my room to a professional needing accommodation mon-fri who likes dogs, as I have 2 little ones who are very well behaved. It would be nice to have some company during the week, as I am semi retired, but would value my own space at the weekends. Please come and have a look. It would be nice to meet you. I have had a newly fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
