Sharing with myself, girlfriend & one other lodger (often away) in a Non smoking house

Shed for bike, nice size garden.
Misc.
Railway line to rear of property, trains run to London/Guildford (somewhere beyond there too). From approx. 6am - midnight+
They do not cause us any issue, but want to be as open & honest as possible.
Only additional cost, contribution towards cleaner once a month/or so. Approx £10/12 each of us.
Looking for
Someone reasonably sociable, clean & tidy. Ideally for six months +
