Large furn. room in Leatherhead £580pcm incl.

Greetings!

One of our housemates is leaving for pastures new so we now have a great ground floor part furnished double room with a bay window to rent in our shared house.

Victorian semi with nice bright, airy rooms, shared kitchen/diner with and bathroom (which is downstairs off the kitchen). Nice garden (when we get around to sorting it out) and on street parking with no need for a permit.

The room is at the front of the house and will be part(ish) furnished with a king-sized bed frame and double size mattress as well as a canvas wardrobe. If you have you own furniture, we can put what is already in the room into storage.

Myself (Vix) and Fia are laid back and fairly quiet. We love a good chat over a cuppa/beer and are looking for someone similar. Both extremely nerdy so any fellow comic book and film fans and cosplayers out there, I want to hear from you! We're not party animals and this is a fairly quiet, laid back house so we'd like to find someone similar. We're also both Spoonies so fellow spoonies welcome!

MUST LOVE CATS. I have 1, Moose, who you probably won't ever see because she's really timid. Sadly, she doesn't get on with other animals so no cats or dogs allowed.

NO COUPLES PLEASE. We only have 1 bathroom, which between 4 people would be a nightmare.

We rent through an agency so there will more than likely be a £50 referencing fee if you wanted to take the room.

The rent is £580 a month which includes bills, and then a £625 deposit on top.

Transport
We're really close to the M25 junction (jct 9)
the 465 bus goes from pretty much opposite the house and goes to Dorking one way and Kingston the other and takes Oyster cards.
The train station is about a 20min walk away and has direct links to Waterloo and London Victoria.
