Description
Double room to rent. We are an easy going married couple, no kids, but we do have 2 very friendly dogs.
The room is £450 monthly on a Monday to Friday basis, but if you require it seven days a week it would be £550 a month. We would like to share our friendly, quiet home with an easy going professional person, male or female, but no shift workers and no DSS.
The house is in a quiet road in Fetcham, and the facilities are shared - bathroom, kitchen. We are happy to provide an evening meal for an extra cost.
We are approximately 10-15 mins walk from Leatherhead train station for easy access to London; it is approx 40 mins to London Victoria, and we are 2 mins walk from a bus stop for easy access to Guildford or Epsom.
All bills are included.
The room will be available from the beginning of October 2014.
References are required. One month's deposit in advance.
