I have a large double bedroom to rent, with plenty of storage in a newly refurbished home. All facilities are shared (Bathroom/kitchen). Monday-Friday lets are definitely considered. On street parking is available.

I lead a hectic life, so a quiet housemate is preferred. The room would suit a professional female over 25, no couples.

I have a cat living in the property, so cannot accept other pets. Viewings are recommended
