Large, lockable, fully furnished bedroom in semi-detached house with shared use of kitchen, bathroom, lounge, and garden. The property is in a central location with easy access to Leatherhead town centre and all its amenities, including mainline train station.

If you are 21+ we are able to consider offering you this accommodation on a rent free basis (please note that your weekly utility bill will be in the region of £25.00). In return you will act as a role model for the three 16-21 year olds living in the property for whom you will provide a responsible, calm and patient presence which complements the support offered by our staff.

We offer you full support throughout the living experience as this is not a job rather to set a good example for young adults.

Smoking is not allowed in communal areas.
