I am 50 and my son 21. We have a small friendly hypo-allergenic Bichon dog.
This room would be ideal for a Monday to Friday lodger who is on a tight budget.
Available from Monday 21st September 2020. If okay I would prefer the rent to be paid monthly. £300 on the 1st of month... Looking for a tidy, quiet, easy going person.
