The property is a large shared country house in a rural location with private drive and parking. Shared kitchen and shared living room. Large kitchen with facilities provided, eg dishwasher. Own fridge. Washing machine and tumble dryer available. Would suit someone who wanted some space to grow their own vegetables. Well equipped gym with rack, rowing machine, GHD, cable machine, free weights and a multi gym. The bathrooms are shared but only with one other tenant as there are 3 main bathrooms. There is a swimming pool and hot tub that will be available in the summer for a couple of months. Lots of outdoor space. I have chickens so pets are considered on that basis. Lots of outdoor space. I can furnish a room if needed.
