SPECIAL NOTE:
Work from home tenants. Although all bills are included this is based on a tenant going out to work 5 days a wk. If working from home to cover ever increasing utility bills an additional £2 pp pd will be required. To be paid monthly or as and when.

Home cooked evening meal available 7 days if required @ £60 per month per person
Fun loving very open minded happy household but not party animals so if you enjoy a few drinks on the patio and/or in the hot tub and a good laugh then you will fit in well. Regularly share a meal and bbq fire pit. Full use of house as we want you to feel at home not just someone that has a room to fester in. But always respectful of own space

house is always a smoke and vape free environment.

House has fully tiled bathroom with 10kw electric shower over bath with basin and toilet.
Downstairs is a 2nd toilet and basin
We have a large kitchen diner with sofa and doors to decorative and maintained garden and outdoor living area with lighting and heater. fire pit and Seating areas. (Neil changes garden more than his socks) HOT TUB with large 3mtr parasols over it. Gazebo with table and chairs sofa and heater and rubber floor matting as you step out of kitchen/diners double doors.
no problems with free unlimited parking in the street. or on drive when im not using it.
Flexible Stays considered
Available for weekly and monthly let (if available). Happy to have weekly or monthly rent. Happy to negotiate on short term rates. Come talk to me re your budget.
Rental Rates include all bills and BT full fibre wifi . (charging of vehicles/bikes excluded)
Prefer someone that goes out to work but happy to discuss your home working situation.

We also have a happy friendly springer spanial (Buddy) so must be dog lover.
Constant hot water no damp or mould.
we have a clean tidy home but not a show house so no need to be walking on eggshells. We are looking for a couple to share our home as if there own. we all muck in with cleaning bathrooms kitchen oven/hob etc We all muck in with daily chores. House philosophy is if its dirty clean it. if the bin/recycling is full empty them. if it needs putting away put it away.

10 minutes walk lingfield railway station with direct trains to London bridge and victoria (45 mins) via Croydon. (THERE IS NO DIRECT TRAIN TO GATWICK although you can get there in an hour via croydon)
Gatwick 20 mins drive. horley redhill edenbridge east grinstead 10 to 20 minutes drive. Tunbridge wells 30 min & Heathrow 45 to 60 min drive.

5 mins walk to acres of countryside. Open parkland in village with tesco local. coop boots barbers hairdressers and various restaurants etc
The local star pub offers great food with a large enclosed outdoor area with childrens own area and is 5 mins walk.
Lingfield racecourse with regular music and antique events just 20 minute walk away

Neil (50s) works for medical engineering and is the house cook gardner and chief bottle washer.
Lauren (30s) works as P/T photographic model and pt waitress. Voluntary gardener. animal mad nature lover. and crazy one
(We are a couple).

The room will be fully sanitised prior to moving in.

Smokers/vapers are welcome but you must smoke outside.

Ideal for those working away from home. Cabin crew and airport staff. Photographers. Models Business people or just for stop overs. Also handy for most busy towns .

ADDITIONALLY
New government guidelines require all non british citizens to prove they have a right to work in the UK. Photographic proof will be required.

This is a house/home share NOT A HOSTEL we all share cleaning and general house duties.
Viewing wkends and evenings 7 days

We prefer employed and those that don't work from home 7 days a week although accept some jobs may be part time or required from home.

If you are a room dwelling hermit that stays up til stupid o clock sucking life out of internet or starts cooking and other things at 2am or walking around with phone stuck to your face 24/7 then do not apply. We want someone sociable, homely & chatty that realises there is a real world out there and wants a home not just a bedroom to fester in.
