Surrey, Lingfield, RH7, bungalow is not far from the station and only 45 min to Victoria in central London. This lovely decorated cosy semi detached bungalow incl some utilities is available to rent from 10 September 2025  with built-in furniture and some other pieces of furniture can be agreed subject to discussion with the current tenant. We can provide the double base bed and kitchen island. Tenants can furnish the cottage to their own taste. We included the photos of the previous tenants furnishings  for the furnishing ideas. Some utility bills -sewage, water and a complementary wifi are included. The tenant have to pay for the council tax, TV licence, electricity and tel. The one bedroom cottage is located in the grounds of a lovely listed building called The Garth with 9 acre beautiful gardens. It has a secure gated entrance and cctv 24/7 for the common areas of the grounds. We are looking for a considerate professional person without children or pets. It will be small for a couple. The cottage will be definitely too small for a family.  The use of the grounds are complementary including the use of the all year round tennis court and the open unheated pool in the summer. The cottage has one bedroom, open plan cosy lounge and one bathroom. The monthly rent is £1100 pcm incl some of the bills as noted earlier. There will be a proper contract with referencing and we require 1 month deposit. Virtual viewings are possible. We can consider a shorter term tenancies with less than 6 months stay, but the price will be slightly higher and we have to negotiate the terms .
