The 2 bed cottage is located in the grounds of a lovely listed building called The Garth with 9 acre beautiful gardens. It has a secure gated entrance and cctv 24/7 for the common areas of the grounds. We are looking for a single considerate professional person or a couple without children or pets. The cottage will be definitely too small for a family.  The use of the grounds are complementary including the use of the all year round tennis court and the open unheated pool in the summer.
