Double room available

Here are the basics: This is a Monday to Friday let in Bookham (i. e. Monday night to Friday morning). The room is available from 1 February. Short term lets are possible, a minimum of 2 months stay is required.

Now more about us: We are an easy going family (2 adults, 2 kids) living in Bookham. We live in an imposing 4 bedroom Detached house based over two floors. The ground floor one double room and a bathroom.

We are roughly 7min drive from Effingham station, and 10 mins walk from local shops.

Your room will be cleaned once a week, and when you want your bedlinen cleaned, please leave it in the ground floor hall on Friday morning so that it can be laundered over the weekend. Smoking not allowed. The kitchen is available for use at agreed times in the evening, parking space. Use of the washing machine, all bills and wifi included.
