Rent for full time, including weekends is £1,100pcm. I do prefer the Mon-Frid arrangement but still open to negotiation if you need the room on a full time basis

M3 and M25 less than 10 minutes away

The room to be let is a spacious, well decorate double bedroom with an ensuite.
