For the commuter, access to the A331 and M3 is within close proximity and Ash Vale rail station provides a direct 40 minute service to Waterloo. Ash rail station offers routes to Reading and Guildford.

I do have 2 cats, so preferably someone that is cat friendly.

Happy to do short term if required. Also a great location for commuting to London and only a 20 minute walk to Guildford, with regular buses if needed. The room is available for viewing now and to start renting from 01/02/21Any questions please contact me.
