This large double room with large ensuite shower room was our daughter's room but she moved out years ago.
We are looking for a non-smoking professional person who will respect our home. We don't want a home worker.
We have another lodger already and have let rooms to students in the past so we are used to sharing our home.
The house is in Merrow opposite the Village Hall and is a five bedroom detached house with garage (band G) and off street parking and shed for bike storage (room for 1 bike). Our lodgers usually park on the road which is free.
I am retired but my wife works from home.
We will ask for references.
