Hi, my name's Christopher, I've always lived in shared housing up until recently and I don't want to live any differently now that I have my own place. I'm looking for sociable people who are interested in living somewhere where the curtains aren't falling off the walls and the washing machine doesn't sound like a jet plane :)
Obviously with the location it isn't party central but I still go out in Guildford and to gigs further afield. I regularly have a couple of friends round for dinner/films and tenants would be welcome to join in.

The House:
The house is a light and airy, well kept up family three-bed with a sizeable kitchen-diner and a living room containing lots of sofa space and a huge TV. Includes cloakroom space, dishwasher and large patio. The house has quite a bit of storage in the shared areas as well and a shed in the garden for bikes.

Large Double:
Sleigh bed, large quad wardrobe and chest of drawers. Overlooks the garden.

Small Double (NOW LET):
Small double bed (4ft wide), bedside table, large cupboard with shelves and a single wardrobe. Comes with a view across Merrow!
