Large furnished double bedroom available

I currently have a fully furnished double room in my three bedroom house available to rent. The room contains a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV (including sky).

Off road parking is available as well as use of the south facing garden which is lovely to sit in of an evening!
The bathroom is shared, however there is a second toilet downstairs.

The property is a 5 minute walk from Merstham station which has direct trains to Gatwick (16 minutes) and also London (27 minutes to London Bridge).

I share the house with my Sausage dog Finley who loves a cuddle and a bit of fuss.

The third bedroom is currently set up as an office / TV area which can also be used, providing I don’t need use of the sofa bed in there.

Happy to consider people that need the room all week or Mon-Fri (adjusted cost).
