Room to rent in new apartment

Hi all thanks for taking time to read the advert I have a room to rent in a brand new apartment located just off Merstham high street and a 1 minute walk to the train station where a train to London is 25 minutes. I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful, I am an easy going person and easy to get along with. The room is furnished and you will also have access to your own bathroom and the front room. There is Hyperoptic broadband in the flat and also satellite tv and parking located outside. I am also open to Mon-Fri lodger so message if this is something more suited to you.
