I also have some weights / workout area at the back of the garden, more than welcome to use.

I’m looking for a quiet, tidy and considerate person to share my living space with male or female. I have two cats who are very friendly (everyone’s favourite cats to those that know them) but are kept down stairs at night to not disturb sleep etc.

Rent is 700 per month which includes all bills.
I would consider weekday renters.
