Bright double room to rent in Merstham only a 10 minute walk from the station. Good location for access into London, Gatwick, and other surrounding areas. There are plenty of lovely local walks nearby too.
Room includes a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, tv and small cabinet with pull out storage cubes an a television as per pictures. Shared use of the bathroom, kitchen and lounge is also available. There is also a very small downstairs WC tucked under the stairs. All bills are included in room price.
