Brand New Build - A nice place to relax

Hi, my name is Dan, Thanks for taking the time to read up on the flat.

The flat:
The flat is a brand new build, everything works, it's well maintained and I make sure to keep it to a clean standard at all times.

The kitchen comes with all the white appliances; Washing machine, Fridge, Freezer and Oven. With more than enough cupboard space for 3-4 people. I have plenty of cutlery and cooking appliances which I'm more then happy to share.

There is a communal living room with plenty of space and a large sofa, there is also a spare corner for a desk if need be. 50gb BT broadband, Sky Movies, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a wide selection of DVDs to choose from.

The bathroom is very spacious with plenty of cupboard space. the shower is powerful and have never suffered from a cold shower.

The flat itself is really close to the station, The neighbours are awesome and really considerate of one another, as well as quite social with The Feather pub just around the corner.

Myself:
Bit about me, I'm an IT Sevice desk analyst for a engineering consultancy working Monday to Friday, I'm really enjoying my job at the moment so always come home with a smile on my face. I have quite a few interests ranging from movies to snowboarding.

Occasionally go out either to the cinema or a drink with friends on a Saturday night but most of the time like to stay in and relax.
