You will be located on the first floor and share the home with 1 other working professional. The house is warm, clean, comfortable and tidy. There is a decked back yard and our cul-de-sac has many private parking bays.

TV, telephone and broadband with Virgin Media. The house is double glazed, there are 3 bathrooms, and we have a dishwasher, and washing machine.

We are across the road from a Co-Op, post office, dry cleaners, pharmacy, barbers, off-license, 2 ATMs, and a few take away outlets.

The bus stops are right outside - located on Grand Drive there are 3 bus route options:
163 - to Raynes Park station
163 - to Morden station
413 - to South Merton station or Morden station
413 - to Sutton
293 - to Morden station
293 - to Epsom

All bus journeys are approx. 7-10 mins to the train/tube stations (Raynes Park, Morden or South Merton). Buses arrive every 3-5 mins. St Heliers Hospital is a 10min drive.
