YOU : Professional or student. Clean, house trained, quiet, tidy. We are looking for tidy, clean, quiet flatmates to fit into the house for min 6 months, ideally longer. You must like clean and peaceful environment. Smoking in the garden only.

TENANCY TYPE AND BENEFIT: Private landlord, ideally we are looking for someone long term. No reference or agency fee needed but a work contract/proof of income is essential.

Shared living room, dining room, kitchen space and a garden. There are 3 rooms for 3-6 people and 1 bathroom. The rooms, a double room is on the top floor, small double bedroom facing to the garden and another large double room is on the first floor – it’s spacious, quiet, airy and private. Fully furnished, all kitchen utilities, mostly ikea, included. Of course, you can bring your own stuff if you like, cupboards can be shared since enough space in the kitchen.

MORE ABOUT THE LOCATION: Close to all bus stops toward all directions including night buses and all night running Northern line at the weekends. Direct connections to Wimbledon and Sutton 10 min, Central London 25 min, Gatwick airport 40 min and direct train to Luton Airport, well connected with Heathrow and Stansted. 5 minutes walk to beautiful Morden Hall Park and 8 minutes from Morden South Train station.
