Looking for a housemate

Hey my name’s Prith, my roommate has moved out and I’m looking for someone to move in to take their place.

When moving in, you’ll need to pay:
Rent which is £900 (including bills)
and the
Deposit which is: £900
On the moving in date.

About the room :
I am currently the single occupant in this house. The room is very spacious with built in wardrobes and a double bed. There is also parking on the property.

About me:
I’m an illustrator from London, currently working in a secondary school to get some experience before I train to be an art teacher. I love travelling, going to gigs and galleries and am a freelance illustrator as well. I love to socialise with my friends but also like having my own space so would love someone with similar qualities.
