I currently have a LARGE furnished double bedroom available in Morden, ready to move in to.
The room is the main room at the front of the house, situated in a quiet residential area, and It comes with a LARGE triple wardrobe.
It has fresh new sheets, pillows, duvet and mattress protector.
It's £740PCM , this consists of £725pcm rent and £15pcm for the cleaner who comes twice a month. All essential bills are included (electricity, water, council tax, high speed internet) to be paid cash on the 1st of each month- for the month ahead. The deposit is £500 and will be returned at the end of tenancy, subject to there being no damages etc.
Currently there are 2 females and 2 males at the property,
The house is a 15 minute walk to Morden underground station, or the 470 bus stops right outside. The 154 bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, and there are public transport routes right on your doorstep, from bus routes in Rosehill, Morden underground and St Helier overground a few minute walk away.
All rooms have a lock and key, and I'll have the spare keys at my property (15 minutes away).
There is free parking on the street outside, and plenty of extra storage space in the loft and outbuilding.
There is a communal bathroom and kitchen which were completely renovated in January last year.
The property does have a recently modernised garden.
The room is furnished with what you see in the images. You are more than welcome to furnish it yourself though.
