Double bed room available in a maisonette style apartment in Merton/Morden.

Modern furnishings throughout. Washing machine and dishwasher in property. Lovely landlord who lives locally, so is able to sort out any problems ASAP.

Current flatmate (me) is a teacher working in Wimbledon. I am looking for another chill person who likes to socialise. Ideally we could become friends so that it makes living together easy! 😊 I like to cook, gym, play guitar, go to the pub, watch footy and more. Im generally clean and quiet so don’t expect parties, but more than happy to bring people round for a chill evening of drinks and games.
