I have a lovely double room available to rent in a 2 bedroom ground floor property.

The property has a shared kitchen with separate shared living room and shared bathroom. There is also a lovely covered outdoor area (perfect for drying clothes) shared communal garden accessed via the back door.

Transport links are very good. Bus stop outside taking you to Wimbledon in 10 minutes and Morden (northern line tube) in 5 mins. South Merton Thameslink station is 4 mins walk away. Free parking available near the flat also.

You would be sharing with me a 44 year old professional male working full time. I am an easy going social person. I like films, the gym, reading and meeting friends in the pub.

I'm looking for a professional who is respectful, clean and tidy but still fun and enjoys a nice comfortable home.

Rent is £1000 per month including bills.
