The available room is a HUGE 3x4m size room on the second floor of this semi-detach house, with a double bed and large 5-door wardrobe. Nice big windows letting enough sunlight in the summer.

Separate bathroom and toilet to share, lounge, dining room, conservatory, garage and well-maintained back garden perfect for some barbeques. The kitchen is large with an electric hob, oven, big fridge freezer .

The room is available for a couple or single professional. Bills are being shared evenly between the 4 tenants at around £120- £130 (£150-160 per person for 3 people ) per month. This includes council tax, electricity, gas, water, , super fast 100mb broadband.

Sharing the 3 bedroom house with 2 professionals all in their 30's-40's One male and 1 female , very easygoing with a good friendly atmosphere in the house. We are looking for a professional/s that similarly will respect the common areas, that will enjoy a laugh with the group and that will enjoy and maintain the happy harmony in this home. This is a non-smoking house, so would prefer to have a non-smoker. No pets either.
