A beautiful house set in the perfect location for peace and quiet, as well as fantastic transport links all over London - Central London is only 25 mins away on the tube, and the house is within a 7 min walk of Morden tube station and numerous bus links. Wimbledon is a 25 minute walk away or a short bus ride.

This is a lovely double bedroom - bright with a fitted wardrobe.

All amenities are available and all bills are included. There is a lovely shared dining and living room, wood flooring and lovely decor. There is also a fantastic garden for outdoor dining, drinks after a long day (and the smokers amongst you ) with two patios and a great sunbathing area.

Parking is free before 10am and after 4pm Monday to Friday so this should suit you well if you are driving to and from work. Other times would require a parking permit through Merton Council which you would have to arrange independently.
