Large Single room - Mon-Fri let

I have a large spare room available to let during the week. It is a furnished room and you would have sole use of a bathroom. The room comes with a single bed, under bed storage drawer, large chest of drawers, bedside table, freestanding mirror, desk, gaming chair (which can be swapped out) and hanging rail.

The rent includes full fibre to the pole internet with speeds over 100Mbps most of the time, council tax, gas, electricity and water. A fair use policy will be assumed.

Milford train station is about 20 mins walk away.

Please note that a large dog is in residence but he is not allowed upstairs. I will post some pictures shortly. Please message me if you have any questions.
