Ensuite Apartment Room with Off-street Parking

My current flatmate is moving out due to a new job. Looking to replace him on the tenancy which is currently rolling month by month.

Room (First lot of Photos):

- Space for a double bed
- Built in wardrobe
- Space for a desk
- *Will be unfurnished when current flat mate moves out*
- Potentially available sooner if needed.

Flat:
- First floor no elevator
- Spacious, furnished living room (mostly by myself), albeit some furniture will need replacing.
- Decent kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and gas stove electric oven (all new this year).
- Off-street parking with small permit fee.
- Small communal garden with a lot of tree cover (not great for tanning lol).
- Council Tax D (£2,364 between 2).
- Currently paying approx £950pcm each including rent, gas, electric, water, council tax, and WiFi so expect similar.

Location:
- Just off the A3.
- Within walking distance of Milford train station.
- Tesco Express 5min walk.
- Big Sainsbury's 5min drive (Godalming).
- 10min drive to Guildford.

Myself:
- F1 Engineer.
- Generally quite a tidy person.
- Gone early morning, back late evening.
- Usually around at weekends.
- Hobbies include: Gym, Tennis, Motorsport, TV, and socialising.
