Large, light, furnished double bedroom with bay window in detached house, for single occupancy, Monday-Friday only (or equivalent if you work shifts on a 7-day rota). Occasional weekend use considered.

Clean, peaceful, friendly and relaxed home occupied by landlady only, near public transport (15 minute walk to Milford Railway Station), Post Office, local shops, pubs/eateries, close to the A3; just 2 miles from Godalming and 7 from Guildford.

Modern kitchen; fully tiled bathroom with basin, bath and electric shower. WC next to bathroom (not in it). There is a second WC downstairs, off the utility area. Sitting room and dining area in one large through room with flatscreen TV. Large lawned garden with patio area. Off-street parking.

I'm looking for a lodger who is considerate, doesn't smoke and who likes dogs. Please ignore my age as shown on the profile: I'm much younger in outlook than the number suggests!
